The purpose of the JORC Code is to provide a minimum standard for reporting of exploration results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves and to ensure that reports on these matters contain all the information which investors and their advisers would reasonably require in order to make a balanced judgement regarding the results of exploration activities.

The JORC Code is now recognized as the leading international standard for minerals reporting and is now well accepted in the Asia Pacific region.

Alan Nye, Terry Gray, Achmad Hawadi, Hendrik Saputro and Muhamad Harun are suitably qualified and experienced to be "Competent Persons" under the Code which are the standards which Britmindo recommend all its Clients use in the course of mine development.
