
Alan Nye has been working in the open cut mining industry for over 30 years, working for both mine owners, mining contractors and more recently as a consultant. His experience has been gained working in the UK, Australia, Vietnam and Indonesia. Although he has been involved in the extraction of minerals and precious metals most of his career has been in coal mining.
For the past 20 years Alan has been working in Indonesia, and held positions as General Manager of a mining company, Advisor to the Board of Directors for PT Pamapersada Nusantara, Indonesia's largest mining contractor, Operations Director at PT Berau Coal before establishing PT Britmindo.
Alan is a Chartered Engineer who has presented many papers and publications on mining issues and is a Member of the Institute of Civil Engineers (MICE) and a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (FAusIMM)

Terry Gray has worked extensively in the Coal Industry in the UK, Australia and Indonesia over a period of 30 years. Terry holds a Diploma in Engineering from Doncaster College of Mines, UK. Terry joined Britmindo in 2006 and has been resident in Indonesia since 1994.
Terry previously worked for Thiess Indonesia, a major contract mining service provider and was involved in all of their major mining operations in his 10 year service. During that period he held a number of key senior roles, including Mining Operations Manager. Terry has an intimate knowledge of the local mining industry and has dealt closely with major international mining companies operating in Indonesia and Australia. He has conducted a significant amount of technical and operational studies on Indonesian Coal Mines.

Achmad Hawadi has been working in the Indonesian Coal Mining industry for over 24 years. He has significant experience in the field of Geology and Mine Planning. Having worked for PT Berau Coal and PT Arutmin Indonesia, Achmad is recognised as being a leading authority in the use of Mincom Systems and managed PT Mincom Indoservices in Kalimantan where he has provided a range services to most of the leading coal mining companies in Indonesia.
During this time he has either managed or contributed significantly to numerous due diligences, and mining studies related to the geological modelling, estimation, assessment, evaluation, mine planning and report accordance with JORC Code for numerous Indonesian coal mining companies.
Achmad graduated from Padjadjaran University, Bandung, Indonesia, majoring in geology. Achmad has sufficient experience to qualify him as a Competent Person as defined in the 2004 Edition of the Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves, the JORC Code.

David Nye is Business Development Manager and has been carrying out analytical studies on major greenfield and operational coal mines, coal chain logistics and mining contractors in Indonesia during the past 2 years working for Britmindo.
David is certified in Project Management and has successfully completed mining project assessment of for several local and multi-national companies.

Prama Gustono has considerable management consultancy and improvement implementation experience at major operations such as PT. Kaltim Prima Coal (KPC) and PT. Freeport Indonesia. Prama has significant knowledge of high technology applied to a variety of product-based organizations. He is an industry analyst in a number of disciplines. Prama has conducted and led several construction, infrastructure, and coal transportation studies throughout Indonesia.
Prama holds a diploma in Industrial Management from STMI-Deprind. RI, Jakarta.

Asri D Wijayanti has been working in the Indonesian Coal Mining industry for over 10 years and has significant experience in the field of Exportation, Geotechnical, Geological Modeling and Resources Assessment. She has worked for PT Kaltim Prima Coal, PT SMG Consultants (SMGC) and PT Runge Indonesia - Minarco Mineconsult (MMC).
During this time she has either managed or contributed significantly to numerous due diligences, and mining studies related to the exploration, geological modeling, estimation, and reports in accordance with the JORC Code for numerous Indonesian coal mining companies.
Asri graduated from University of National Development "Veteran", Yogyakarta, Indonesia, majoring in geology and is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (MAusIMM). She is qualified to sign off on statements of coal resources and reserves in compliance with the JORC code.

Muhamad Harun is Exploration Manager for PT Britmindo and since he is graduated in Geology from University of Padjajaran, Bandung has been working in the Indonesian Coal Mining industry for over 20 years. He has significant experience in Coal Exploration with PT Arutmin Indonesia and PT BHP Maruwai during which time he managed numerous exploration programs, estimations, assessments and evaluations of coal resources.
Harun is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (MAusIMM).

Asep Hidayat has been working in the Indonesian Coal Mining industry for over 15 years and has significant experience in the field of Exploration having worked for PT Arutmin Indonesia, PT BHP Billiton Coal Exploration, PT Rajawali Corpora and as a freelance consultant for coal exploration
Asep graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia, majoring in Geology.

Hendrik A Saputro has been working in the Indonesian Coal Mining industry for over 9 years. He has significant experience in the field of Mine Planning and has worked for PT Kaltim Prima Coal and PT Thiess Contractors Indonesia. During this time he has managed or contributed significantly to numerous major mine design projects, mine scheduling and evaluations of coal reserves for many companies. He is experienced in the use of most major mine planning and scheduling systems.
Hendrik graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology, Bandung (ITB), Indonesia, majoring in Mining Engineering and is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (MAusIMM). He is qualified to sign off on statements of coal resources and reserves in compliance with the JORC code.

Stephen Nye is the Technical Advisor of PT Britmindo and has over 18 years experience in Indonesia during which time he has completed numerous due diligence and efficiency reviews of existing mine operations and developed green field coal and mineral projects.
Stephen has undertaken Advanced Diploma courses in Applied Chemistry, Civil Engineering, Land Survey & Marketing and is fluent in Bahasa Indonesia providing integrated support between clients and site based operations.

Dody Herdianto has been working in the Indonesian Coal Mining industry for 15 years. He has significant experience in coal plant operation and maintenance and has worked for BHP Minerals Indonesia, PT Suprabakti Mandiri, John Holland Construction Indonesia and Leighton Contractors Indonesia prior to joining Britmindo.
Dody is a Mechanical Engineering graduate specialising in Maintenance and Repair from Brawijaya University, Malang.

Eka Budi Setiawan is Operations Manager of PT Britmindo. He has been working in the Indonesian Coal mining industry for over 6 years and has significant experience in mine management overseeing production and engineering teams. He is proficient in the use of major mine planning and scheduling systems and undertaken mine design and project evaluations within Indonesia, Australia and UK.
Eka is a Mine Engineering graduate from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional (UPN) "Veteran" Jogjakarta, and a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (MAusIMM)

Muchtar Tandiabang has been working in the Indonesian Coal Mining industry for over 15 years and has significant experience at a senior level in both the planning and production departments of mine operations. He worked for PT Kaltim Prima Coal, BHP Minerals Indonesia, Leighton Contractors Indonesia and PT Pamapersada Nusantara before joining Britmindo.
During this time he has either managed or contributed significantly to numerous major mine operations with both owner and contractor, and has participated in due diligence and mining technical studies related to production estimation, assessment and evaluation.
Muchtar is a graduate in Geology from the University of Hasanudin, Ujung Pandang.
